Module Description

The universe story and the Christian story resonate together … each invites us out of a narrowly focused view of the world and into a place of awe and wonder” (Daniel O’Leary). This module looks very briefly at some scientific developments in astronomy, quantum physics, evolution and systems theory and how these can be seen to resonate with the Christian story.

John McEvoy: is a retired lecturer in Chemistry at the DIT. He has degrees in both Science and Theology and lectured in Milltown, All Hallows and Lumen on Science/Theology and Franciscan Studies
