Be still and know God through Christian silent prayer. Consent to God’s presence and action is the heart and soul of the Centering Prayer practice. This semester we will reflect on the series by Fr Thomas Keating OCSO “The Gift of Life – Death and Dying, Life and Living.” Registration for this module is essential.

Ellen (Rose) Gormley: is an experienced teacher and a trained psychotherapist. She has practised Centering Prayer for many years.
Eileen White: has worked in Education for many years. She has worked in counselling and retreat work. Eileen has been practicing Centering Prayer for a number of years.
